Pay your debts
Financially it is tough for everyone, but we all must meet our obligations. One of the basic obligations in business is funding payroll. Without that there is no need for business or work. No employer should abuse that basic right. Meeting obligations like payroll is one point but to deliberately create debt and push it on another person is morally wrong and unforgivable.

All Our Best Wishes to KEVIN
I wanted to recognize the changing of the guard here at Miami Grille UTC. Kevin the long time bartender at our UTC location, and in the early days of Miami Grille at the original location in Poway. Kevin has been with Miami Grille for almost 6 years and will be greatly missed. He is relocating back to Florida - to be closer to his family. We will miss you and wish you all the best. GOOD LUCK in Florida!

General Admission Tickets Still Available
Reserved Seating is SOLD OUT. We still have General Admission tickets available. These tickets entitle you to the same festivities including; Live music from LATIN GROOVE COMBO, balloon drop, party favors, Caipirinha Toast at midnight, and after midnight Buffet. They do not include reserve seating or a reserved table. There will be areas throughout the restaurant including the bar, lobby, dance floor and outside. Expect a full house, crowded atmosphere with loud music. General Admission will be allowed in after 10pm only.

Did you Reserve your table for NYE?
We are filling up the tables for our annual New Years Eve Celebration. I will be working with Walter and Latin Groove Combo in setting up the table configuration over the next 2 days. We will be calling to confirm your reservation and table size Thursday. If you have additional guests or special needs we will note them with your reservation.
If you have not purchased or picked up your tickets you still have time Today & Tomorrow. This event did sell out last year and we are on pace to sell out again. The band will start around 10 pm and will be playing into 2011 (1:45 am) Party favors Ballon Drop and a special Ciapirhna Toast served at midnight. Special after midnight buffet will open around 12:30 am with a coffee station and our popular Caribbean Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce. If you get your tickets today or tomorrow advance price is only $ 35. per person. This year everyone will have a reserved table!
